Rental contract
Welcome
For the chalet (cottage)  located at the  Domaine Chéribourg in Orford, Qc
I hereby confim that I will respect the following rental conditions and leave the chalet (cottage) in the same state as it was upon my arrival:
CONDITIONS :
-no pets
-non-smokers only
-arrival 16h00PM  - départure: 11h00AM
-the doors must be locked and the windows closed
-any fire in the fireplace should be extinguished and the stove doors should be closed
-the electric heating thermostats should be left at 15 degrees celsius
-dishes should be washed and put in the cupboard  before departure
-any garbage should be put in the green container near the cabin outside et  recylable matter should be put in the blue container outside;
 
The chalet (cottage) is impeccable. You will be held responsible for any broken furniture inside and outside the cottage.
The laws applicable to the present contract are those of the Province of Québec in Canada.
An amount of  30% is to be given at the time of reservation ; the balance is payable in cash upon arrival (when given the keys to the cottage)
A security deposit of 200$ is also required upon arrival and will be refunded after the completion of the stay.
